  • Personal dial-up and ISDN accounts are designed for the individual and / or home user who requires dial-on-demand acccess to the Internet. Please see our Business / Multiple Dial-Up Accounts for information on multiple household accounts.
  • Local Dial-Up phone numbers are available across the United States. Although every effort is made to ensure that the listed numbers are within a local dialing area, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local phone company ('0' for Operator) to ensure that it is indeed a local number. If in doubt, please contact customer service for assistance.
  • Personal dial-up accounts are not to be used for dedicated or semi-dedicated purposes. Dial-up accounts used in this fashion will be subject to dedicated or semi-dedicated connection charges.
  • ISDN service is not available in all areas. Different types and features of ISDN connections are available from your local phone company. Your phone company may assess additional installation and monthly fees.
  • ISDN channel hours in excess of the 200 free hours included with this service will be charged at the rate of $0.30 per hour.
  • Personal dial-up and ISDN accounts includes five email accounts, each with a daily limit of 5MB of storage. Additional email accounts are available at an extra cost.
  • Personal dial-up and ISDN accounts include up to 5MB of storage space for personal web pages. Custom domain name registration and hosting is available at an extra cost.
  • News group services are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
