• ADSL service can be used on any existing phone line in your home or office. ADSL is limited to 16,000 feet from your local telephone company's central office. The speeds listed are in the format of download (to your computer) / upload (from you computer).

• TFBnet DSL provided through SBC is far superior than what is offered directly from SBC / Yahoo! We provide a static (never changing) IP address, 24/7 connectivity without idle timers (which knock your connection offline and force a reconnect), your choice of browser and email software (free from pop-up ads)

• Term contracts are not required in our primary service areas. Twelve-month term contracts are required in our secondary service areas.

• Standard equipment consists of an external DSL Ethernet / USB modem / bridge and DSL phone line filters. Routers and PCI network adapters are available at an additional cost.

• Self-install DSL. TFBnet will mail all equipment needed to set up the DSL circuit (it's as easy as plugging it into your phone line and computer). If a truck roll (technician visit) is required, there will be a $200 charge. Subsequent truck rolls will be charged at $150.
